This diet has been created by Dr. Pierre Dukan. He is a french
medical doctor who has dedicated his career to help people to
lose weight. The basis of the Dukan Diet is that you should
not count calories and weight loss can occur still whilst you eat.
The Dukan Diet has assisted millions in France, where it has been
the number one diet for more than ten years. It has also been
adopted in twenty other countries. There are four phases to the
