This movie starts off in San Francisco's Chinatown. Tom's grandmother is guardian of the "phoenix egg". She passes away. Tom must apprentice with a tiger called Mr. Hu and become the egg's new protector. They team with an unlikely band of exotic creatures that can morph into human form. The great cast includes: Michelle Yeoh as (voice), Henry Golding as (voice), Sandra Oh as (voice), Leah Lewis as (voice), Brandon Soo Hoo as Tom The Tiger's Apprentice, Bowen Yang as (voice), Sherry Cola as (voice) and Kheng Hua Tan as (voice).
